Turn Based Multiplayer Hide and Seek
For this project i mainly studied the new Unity Multiplayer Api. I have worked with the old UNET system and it was quite the challenge to learn about this new system, but I’m happy to say that everything worked out great.
For the game, I tried to create a way for the seekers and hiders to not find each other. For this problem i thought of making a shader which still shows the outside maze, but it only shows players and objects inside the view of the current player.
I also created a local and public database in which i could track usernames, passwords, and high scores. And with this i created small and fully functioning hide and seek game.
